180g Fusilli Pasta
1 Chicken Breast
1 Bell Pepper
2 Salad Tomatoes
1/4 Onion
Single Cream 150ml
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Granules
Black Pepper
Salt
Dice the chicken, pepper, tomato and onion.
Begin boiling the pasta in salted water.
Fry the chicken, pepper, tomato and onion with a little oil until the chicken is cooked through.
Reduce heat and add the single cream.
Add spices and mix.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until a creamy sauce is formed.
Strain pasta and mix with sauce in saucepan.
