Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

750g Mince Meat 5% Fat
2 cartons of Passata
1 Stock Cube
8 Garlic Cloves
3 tsp Celery Salt
3 tsp Basil
2 tsp Oregano
Salt
Pepper

Method

Brown the mince in a large saucepan with a spash of water, salt and pepper
Add the Passata and simmer, stiring occasionally
Mince the garlic and add along with the rest of the herbs and the stock cube
Simmer for 20-30 minutes
