Pork Shoulder Joint ~400g
BBQ Sauce
2 tsp BBQ Seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Granules
Salt
Pepper
Place pork shoulder joint in slow cooker with a drizzle of oil
Cover with seasonings and BBQ sauce
Cook for around 8 hours on low or around 5 hours on high (Low is better if you have time)
When done the pork should easily pull apart with two forks
