750g Mincemeat 5% Fat
1 Carton Passata
1 Can Baked Beans
2 Carrots
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Leek (Optional)
5 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1/2 tsp Oregeno
1/2 tsp Basil
1 Beef Stock Cube
1/2 tsp Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Cheese
Rice
Dice Carrots, Red Pepper, Leek and Garlic
Fry until cooked
In a large saucepan, brown the mince with a splash of water, salt and pepper
When browned, add the vegetables, Passata, Baked Beans and Garlic
Simmer for 10 minutes, then add all seasonings
Simmer for 20 minutes
Add Salt and Pepper, add other seasoning to taste
Simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened
Serve with Rice, Cheese and Pico de Gallo
