Chicken Curry
For two people

Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast
1 Bell Pepper
2 Salad Tomatoes
1/4 Onion
1 Jar Curry Sauce
2 Garlic and Coriander Naan Bread
2 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Mild Curry Powder
1 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Garlic Granules
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt
Pepper

Method

Dice the chicken, pepper, tomato and onion.
Mix the butter and 2 tsp garlic granules in a bowl.
Spread the garlic butter on the Naan and place in oven.
Add the remaining spices and seasoning to the curry.
Fry with a little oil until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the curry sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with rice.
